3 Part Bid Forms

Description

These 4’ x 11’ sheets are suitable for use in recording bids in the silent and live auction. The forms are in triplicate and use carbonless paper which provides a copy for the buyer, the cashier, and one to leave at the silent table after closing. There are 21 lines to place the bidder’s name, number, phone and bid. There is a space for the item number, description, value, minimum opening bid and minimum raise.
